Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not tech savvy. Will I be able to use this?

Yes. You don’t need to learn a big, complicated platform. New leads and contacts go straight to your phone through our simple app and text messages. We handle the complicated tech stuff (domains, DNS, tracking, integrations) behind the scenes.

How is this different from just hiring someone to build me a website?

Most “website guys” give you a pretty brochure and walk away. We install a full system: website, lead capture, text automations, review engine, long‑term follow‑up. It’s built around how you actually work day‑to‑day (off your phone), not around what looks cool in a designer’s portfolio.

Do I have to switch away from my current software? Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.

No. Those tools run your operations/jobs. We run your front end (marketing/lead capture), and your back end (reviews, return customers, referrals, etc).

New leads come into our system first (website, calls, forms, messages), then pushes contacts into whatever you already use, then after job completion our system follows up and nurtures past customers for reviews, referrals, and repeat business.

If I already use Jobber (or something similar), why can’t I just use their marketing tools?

You can for very basic stuff. Jobber and other job‑management tools are great at what they were built for... Operations - scheduling, dispatching, quoting, and taking payment.

Where they fall short is marketing systems:

Will you replace my existing website, or work with it?

If your current website is weak or outdated, we will replace it with our conversion‑focused site and route your domain to it. If you already have a strong site, we can add our lead‑capture and automations around it. We’ll recommend the simplest path on your call.

Who owns the website and content?

You own your brand, your domain, your photos, and your content. The system runs on our platform, but if you ever leave, you keep your domain and brand assets. We don’t hold those hostage like some other marketing companies!

How long until my system is live?

For most clients, we can launch the core system in about 7–10 days once we have your info and assets.

Can you guarantee I’ll get X new jobs per month?

No. We don’t control your market, pricing, or service quality, so we don’t slap a fake ‘X jobs per month’ guarantee on it. What we do guarantee is a working system that makes it easier to capture and convert the opportunities you already have.

What kind of results should I expect?

That depends on three things:

1. How many opportunities you already have coming in (calls, messages, walk‑ins),

2. The quality of your work, and...

3. Whether you actually use the system we set up for you.

Do you handle Google Business Profiles and reviews?

Will my phone number change?

We add a new number online with tracking capability that forwards to your existing line so we can run our automations without disrupting how you already answer the phone. Your current number can stay the same, it just wont trigger automations if someone calls it directly unless we port that number in (which we can do).

How does the AI phone system actually work?

Never miss another call and lose a hot lead again! On our Pro plan and the AI Business Suite, a smart AI receptionist answers calls when you can’t, captures caller details, answers common questions, and routes or messages you. It’s fully trained on your business and we provide ongoing 24/7 live support; we don’t just flip on a generic bot and hope for the best.

Is AI going to talk to my customers in a weird or ‘robotic’ way?

No. We configure it with natural, plain‑English scripts, test it with you, and refine based on real calls. If you ever feel uncomfortable, we can adjust how it speaks, what it handles, or when it hands off to a real person.

Are there long‑term contracts?

No long‑term contracts! Our System Plans are month‑to‑month with discounts available for annual plans. You can cancel any time before the next renewal.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will stay active until the end of the current billing period. Your domain stays yours. Your reviews, listings, and profiles are still yours; you just won’t have the benefits of our systems running everything for you.

What does support look like if something breaks or I have questions?

You’ll have ongoing support for your plan. For Foundation/Essentials, that’s direct support from our team for system updates and site changes. For AI features in Pro and the AI Business Suite, you also get 24/7 live support directly in-app for any questions or issues.

What do you need from me to get started?

We need three things: basic business info, your branding/photos, and a little of your time for an onboarding call. Just fill out our simple onboarding form and from there, we do all the heavy lifting.

What happens if I’m too busy to finish onboarding?

If you’re always “too busy” to work on your systems, you’ll stay stuck working in the business instead of growing it. Onboarding with us is one of those few high‑leverage tasks that actually changes that.
