"Growing up, solving problems and working with my hands came naturally. That passion led me to become a heavy-duty diesel technician, then later a professional engine builder in the motorsports and racing world.

Those years shaped the way I think about business. I've got to work with some highly talented people at the highest level and design systems that made production more consistent and reliable.

It taught me two things:

1. Businesses are made up of systems

2. Most businesses simply don’t have those systems.

I started TMH Innovations to bring the same operational excellence I've learned in motorsports to everyday businesses—using modern automation and marketing tools to help owners run their businesses smarter and drive sustainable growth.
